Before purchasing, you will need to check with your local council or strata etc to ensure you are allowed to put the concrete slab and 10m2 outbuilding on your desired place on your property.
10m2 Outbuilding
This design suits those that would like extra space but would not use it as a bedroom or bathroom. It has been designed to not require a building permit in many places as it is less than 10m2 in interior space and is not more than 2.4m high. In some cases, an outbuilding with toilet and shower facilities is permitted for use by a swimming pool.

Please note that the internal wall, kitchenette and bathroom pictured is not included in any of our models.
